- All ages are allowed in the space.
- Pets are allowed in the space.
- No smoking in the building.
- Food is permitted.
- Nudity is allowed.
- Furniture, including mirrors, can be moved around the space.
- Please have two people handle the couch.
- No glitter or confetti is permitted.
- Guests must avoid damage to backdrop papers that were not previously requested.
- Guests must respect the space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on walls.
- Damages will be billed to the credit card on file.

Is the studio pet-friendly?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Can I move the furniture around?
Yes, furniture and decorations can be moved within the space. If you move the couch, please have two people handle it.
Where can I park?
A free parking lot is behind the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby parking lots and metered street parking are also available.
Is there natural light in the studio?
Yes. The studio has natural light, and it can be blocked out if needed. The window faces north, so direct sunlight does not hit the space during the day.
Is the studio soundproof?
No. The space is not soundproof, though it is situated in a quieter area.
Is there an accessible elevator?
No. The studio can only be accessed via stairs.
How many people can comfortably fit in the studio?
Content Hub Studio can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people for photoshoots, filming sessions, small events, or workshops.
Lighting
The studio has natural light and can be blocked out for darker shoots.
Sound
The space is quiet but not soundproof. Please plan audio sessions accordingly.
Space access
All rooms are available for shooting. Crew access is by stairs.
Electrical
There are more than 12 outlets, and the circuit breaker can be accessed if needed.
